We do not charge you for coming out to see you. Whether it’s for a boiler repair that turns out can’t be fixed, or an emergency late at night, we only charge for work we’ve completed. We also don’t hide a call out charge by wrapping it up into the work cost, we always charge fairly and will tell you the price before we start work.
All quotes are free of charge. You don’t have to fear surprise costs or quotes that start low and then quickly escalate. We’ll give you an honest realistic quote so you know exactly what to expect and can make an informed decision.
We take, cash, cheque or bank transfer. Unless otherwise agreed we take full payment on the day we complete the work. We don’t offer payment plans. For bathrooms payment is due on the last day of the installation, all other jobs we complete are usually completed in one day so payment is due on the day.
More than likely you’ll have found out about us from someone you know, most of our business is repeat work generated through word of mouth. However if you just stumbled on our website and want to feel confident we’re as reliable as we say, first you can check out some of our customer reviews here, and can see the full list on our Facebook page, and if that’s not enough, yes of course we’d be more than happy to put you directly in contact with some of our existing customers. Just drop us an email on our contact page and we can set this up.
If you’d prefer to supply all parts and materials yourself that’s fine. If we’re honest it’s not our preferred option because on the day if it turns out the part is faulty, the wrong part was delivered, or any other mistakes happen the job will be delayed until you can source and provide the alternative. The benefit of us supplying materials is that as we’re buying in bulk we get better prices than you can source and when (not if because merchants always make mistakes I’m afraid) then we have supply contracts with them which means they are obligated to send a replacement on the same day so it never impacts on the delivery time we’ve agreed with you.
We don’t have a radical usp. Our business values are simple, deliver great service to our customers at fair transparent prices and make our custom service so good that you want to tell others about us. It‘s simple business sense, if we do such a great job you tell others we never have to advertise, but more than that we get the satisfaction of knowing we did a great job.
